Nor1 today announced their technology partnership with MP-Network GmbH, the inventor of RIMS, the Reservation Information Management System, to provide state-of-the-art email guest communication for hotels and hotel chains. RIMS and Nor1 will work together to add the NOR1 eStandby Upgrade® offer to reservation confirmation and pre-arrival emails sent to guests. The pilot implementation of the two company’s solutions took place at the luxury Hotel Palace Berlin, a member of The Leading Hotels of the World.
